For all people having the app switcher or notification n bug, I know many are saying I do not use color invert or smart invert but are you sure? I know a Dutch girl having the same issues after my insisting she admitted that she used color invert and didn’t know it was still on, after putting this setting off, nothing changed, but then after a restart of her phone, all is working fine again.
