It takes roughly the same amount of time to transcribe as the recording is long. This was from an hour long meeting so it took about an hour to get the transcription. We will now have different versions to firmware, depending on which hardware configuration you have in your unit so that has been announced to, and the new releases based on that scheme are also on the website hopefully there shouldn't be too much cause for confusion but if things are confusing it, please reach out to us over email or phone. If the m4a file is someone speaking clearly, and you are doing this on an iDevice, Just Press Record can do this, I think with files not created in it, but I will have to check.
