Hi, Sieghard! I wrote to Envision about my login issue and they sent the following email and ask me to submit a couple of screen shots. could you, please, tell me where should I go for those screen shots? Here is there email:

Actually it is probably safer because you can choose for Apple to reveal your actual email address or to hide it in which case any emails still get forwarded to you. Keep in mind that if you had already created an account/separate login with Envision I would use that and if you forgot the password you can probably request a password reset and change it. I sometimes use my Apple Id to log in if that option is given and if I hadn't previously set up login credentials. There is a chance if your lifetime subscription is connected to a separate login you created at the time it may not show up if you log in using your Apple Id.
