Open Lazarillo, stop the exploration so you can hear what VoiceOver will tell you.
The bottom right corner is the settings tab, double tap that. Then, flick right with one finger or explore the screen to find Unit of Measure and double tap. You want Imperial. Select that and hit done or back out of the settings. Double tap on the exploration tab in the bottom left corner to get back to the main screen.
