Hello, While on a phone call on both an iPhone 13 pro and an iPhone10r, I notice that I am unable to adjust the volume of the call on the ear piece while in the phone app. In order to be able to successfully adjust the volume on a call, I have to exit out of the phone app i.e return to the home screen with VoiceOver and then I am able to increase the volume. Has anyone else experienced this behavior or is there a setting that could have been enabled to make it such that the volume needs to be controlled in this manner? Speaker phone is not an issue to adjust volume; only the ear piece. Thank you in advance for any responses
