Hello, Go into Settings, Accessibility and Voiceover. >From here navigate to Voiceover Recognition and double tap. Double tap here.
Make sure Screen Recognition is on. Now swipe through this screen until you reach Apply to Apps. Double tap here and Voiceover should say Apply to Apps heading. If you swipe through this screen you should have a list of apps on your device. You can double tap each app in the list to toggle Screen Recognition on/off for each app. Once you have made your selections double Back in the top left corner. Hope this helps.
