Not 100% certain that this is your problem, but something that I've noticed from my son having two Google accounts; Do you have two factor setup? With my son's account with two factor setup Google will keep him logged in. With his account without two factor setup he gets logged out after each session. Also, confirm that there isn't a check box for Keep Me Logged In.
