Hello Nancy, I would suggest going to applevis.com; there, the site has a link to getting started with your first iPhone/iPad/watch I would navigate to this link and then choose the link for getting started with your first iPhone and review the guides/audio material on there. You could also Google the topic. Lastly, there are places where you can get in-depth training if this is more comfortable.
