Yeah, I know. Unfortunately, my phone is just over a year old. Before I replace it, I’m thinking about wiping it and setting it up as a new phone. I don’t want to restore from my i-cloud just in case whatever is causing the glitch is backed up there. I didn’t buy the apple insurance and sort of wish I had now. For right now I can shut down and re-start once a day or so. It's just very annoying! God bless! Paula and the pups
