hello, Someone on this list once mentioned similar difficulties within the Files app, and indicated that he had been using an app titled file browser. This was a purchased app, I believe at a reasonable price. If following Anna’s instructions proves difficult for you, you may wish to explore this as a possibility. Best, Keith

Each of these can be expanded or collapsed, and the iPhone says which state eadch is in when I touch the heading. If Locations isn’t expanded, double-tap its heading. Then all available locations are shown. These will include On My iPhone and probably iCloud Drive, and will include other sharing services, such as Dropbox, if you have set them up.
