If the mp3 files are labeled in such a way that they will play in the right order, like chapter01.mp3, chapter02.mp3 etc., my favorite way to do this is to zip the files into one .zip file with the name of the book as the file name, then import it into Voice Dream Reader. Voice Dream Reader will take a zipped audio book and use the file name as the name of the book and each file then will be its own chapter and you can pause and come back to where you left off, you can drop bookmarks, etc. Others may have suggestions too.
