I have seen this failure to send, and it’s not new. For me, it only happens when I’m sending texts to my brother, who uses an android phone. I’ve never had it fell from iPhone to iPhone. And most of the time, it does not fail when I send to my brother. I’ve noticed that it’s particularly likely to fail when sending from my watch, but not all the time.
