She wants to see what is in my library so she can write it down. I believe alexa will play anything because the skill is logged into my itunes library.

Through iTunes home sharing, you can share your library over your network. Now, if you want her to have the same access to all of Apple music that is not part of your personal library from your CDs, and she is using her own Apple ID, and you pay for Apple music family sharing, she will have the same access to everything that you have.
