Hi Gerado,

Raul mentioned 3 apps and Linda mentioned Soundhound. I have not used Music
Id or Shazam, but I have used Soundhound and it has never failed yet to
identify a song. I am of course sure there are less well-known songs that
maybe it won't recognize, but it works great, you can set it up so that it
immediately listens after you load the app so you don't have to first tap on
anything, just open the app and let it listen. I have used it in a
supermarket once where I wanted to know the name of a song that was playing,
there was background noise and the song came out of a ceiling speaker and
wasn't all that loud, but it recognized it anyways. It's quite fast and you
can also whistle, hum or sing a song you want it to recognize. You can also
type in some of the words/lyrics of a song and get it to search that way and
once it recognizes a song it will display the lyrics, you can play a sample
of the song to see if it recognized it correctly and, if you are so
inclined, you can buy it from iTunes with the tap of a button.

I assume the other apps Raul mentioned maybe have some or all of these
features, but I just thought I let you know that Soundhound definitely works
well and it is Voiceover accessible.

Regards,
Sieghard
