Here is what I just wrote to Apple Accessibillity: I have a hearing problem, and I am unable to hear the Siri prompt at all, other than if I am wearing Apple ear buds. With them, I can hear the tone. I have been doing all right by just guessing, but I am seeing on an Apple chat list of blind users, that the problem is common after the 16 update.
