I'm having the same issues with my Iphone 11 pro. One thing that sometimes
works is while the phone is ringing or while call is in progress I put
phone on speaker and then turn up the volume all the way and that sometimes
I repeat sometimes will fix it. Apple has had no fix everytime I've called
them. Sometimes I just have to use speaker because I can't get the phone up
loud enough. Good lock, just wanted you to know you are not alone.
