Another good walki-talky app is Zello. You can talk privately to other users, create channels for multiple users and add existing channels if you search specifically for blindness someone has created a channel which appears near the top of the list of search results that is labeled with channel names of existing channels created by blind and visually impaired users. The channel names will give you some ideas for future channel searches. Someone has even made a VIPhone channel.
