Hi Becky, this is Mike from Oklahoma. I also have an iPhone SE 20. So far everything seems to be working OK. I would recommend that you either call Apple Accessibility or if it is possible you may want to go to the Apple store and see if they will help you with your phone. Sounds like something might have gone defective in your phone. I hope you were able to get the help you need help things will be fixed for you soon Take care, Michael
