I would be extremely interested infinding this information out as well. I use the elliptical in the gym where I live, but it’s a touchscreen, and I have a difficult time with the settings. I especially would like to change the resistance to make the workout more of a challenge, but I am not able to do this with the elliptical’s they have here.
