You can also join selective tweets and place a #fb at the end of your tweet and it will be p laced on Facebook. Some apps, (GratitudeLog, ETC.), also have a place within their app to sign up for auto tweets so whatever you put on their site goes to twitter or Facebook. I like Selective Tweets best, however, because I just need to place the commentg once in Twitter with whatever app I'm using, (Twitter, Twitterific, TweetList), and it puts it into Facebook as well.
