Hi all, Is anyone here familiar with the Gazelle Fitness Glider? I’ve had this 
machine for several years, but only got back onto it in the last year or so. 
Lol, we were snowed in, and it was the best form of exercise / movement I had 
available.

Anyway, after being on it a couple times my Apple Watch suggested an elliptical 
workout. At first I doubted this because ellipticals are super challenging. The 
gazelle glider definitely is not. I've tested this with and without logging in 
a specific workout. My heart rate and exercise minutes seem to be the same.

Any thoughts on this? If you are familiar with the machine, would you suggest a 
different workout?
