Hi Andy,

Turn on iTunes, and then connect your iPhone to your computer. Find the iPhone
in the iTunes source list - the list with Music, iTunes Store, and various
other things.

Press Tab. You're in a multi-page dialog box. You'll find various items
reported as radio buttons; these are tab controls that open various parts of
the dialog box. Tab until you reach Music, and then press Enter to select it.
Keep tabbing past the other controls, and you'll come to controls to determine
how you'll manage your music. If your iTunes library is small enough, you can
sync the whole thing. Otherwise, choose to sync selected playlists. If you
choose the latter, there will be several tables. The first shows all your
playlists, the next shows all your artists, and I believe there are tables with
genres and individual songs. Check the ones you want on your phone, tab to
Apply, and wait for your music to be copied. If you tab long enough, you'll
reach an LCD section that reports the progress of the sync.

HTH,
Anna
