Hello, You have to go into the accessibility settings and go to voiceover, then find the place that says audio. Next, you double tap on the audio button, and scroll down to find where it talks about the speakerphone being toggled on or off in calls. That’s not the exact wording, but that’s where it is. If you need more help, I can go look at it and send an email recording of how to do it.
