I find in some apps you have to double tap and hold and then drag your finger left or right or possibly up or down.

I have bought today a very good headphone the Momentum 3 of Sennheiser. That comes with an app called Sennheiser remote coltrol. There you have an extra equalizer for the headphone for base, middle and trebble sounds tob e set in your desired sound. But the bars showing 0 decibel cannot be altered by voiceover. Maybe someone knows another app or way to do this and if not, I will contact Sennheiser about the lack of accessibility.
