Hi Paula,

In Settings, look for App Store, or iTunes and App Store.  I think that has changed names in different IOS versions.  In there, you should find where you can turn off the automatic app updates.

Hope this helps.

Pam

Subject: automatic updates

Hi all. I would like to have automatic updates set to off. Under general and software updates that setting is off, but apps are still updated automatically from the app store. I think there is somewhere else that I need to turn automatic updates off, but I can’t remember where that is and can’t seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve found a few incidences where I didn’t want an app updated because accessibility got broken. Again, thanks for everyone’s help with all of our questions.

God bless!
