I have been using Libby for about a year and it is very accessible with Voiceover and you can read the books with Kindle.

We are being told to use Libby instead. One thing I noticed when I was reading the benefits listed for Libby is that it says you can transfer books to Kindle. I haven’t researched it to see if that means the Kindle app, wherein we could use VoiceOver.
