I’ve never seen that happen before Denise. I wish I could help but I have no idea what is causing it. From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Friday, March 3, 2023 4:41 PM To: [email protected] Subject: A quirky iphone issue I’m sending my message again because I’m not sure it went the first time, and I didn’t see it. Please forgive me if it’s already made the list. I have IOS version 16.3.1 on my phone and am having an issue with all of my bluetooth earbuds and airpods. When I start to make a call they are all paired to my phone. But as soon as the call connects and starts to ring, or when the person answers, they become unpaired, or at least I can no longer hear anything using them. I either have to turn them off and back on again, or put them back in their case for a couple of seconds and them put them back on again. The phone is then automatically connected again. I wouldn’t think this was strange, but I have both the airpods pro II and III, the Treks Air, and a few others, and the same thing happens no matter which pair I am using. Is there some setting I am missing or something I need to do to correct this issue? Denise -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
