Yes, everytime I hit the continue or send verification button, a screen comes up with the edit box and the submit button.
All other text messages come through just fine. And I do not have anything muted, so all sounds are on. The only thing I do not know is if I am able to receive sms messages because I do not know anyone with an android phone. But I do have sms and mms turned on in settings. And lastly, one of these sites is the Social Security Administration, and they do not give you a choice of an email. A text message is your only choice.
