Just to get this straight, can people who don't run the iOS 16.4 Public Beta still comment in Facebook? I thought I saw posts from people who are on 16.3 saying they also can't comment in Facebook currently, i.e. you tap on comment and the edit field comes up, but no keyboard comes up, a 2-finger double tap does not work to start dictation nor can you use a Bluetooth keyboard as a work-around.
