Just so every one who is trying to help me knows, I found out what the problem was. I replaced a lost credit card with a new card and the numbers changed. And, I forgot to add the phone bill to the new card so my auto payment failed to go through. In other words, I got cut off by my carrier fornon payment.
I suppose its always good to know the different causes for problems. Especially when others write in with their own experiences. I'm now back in business. Many thanks for the help.
