Hi just wanted to give an update. If anyone is still having this problem I may have a solution. After trying many things and solving the problem on and off I think I finally have found the real solution hopefully. The problem is with having Hey Siri on. The reason I know thi is I ended up going to the Apple store after dealing with apple accessability for many weeks and having them reset the software even after getting a new phone. This worked for a while until I turned on Hey Siri. Then I had the problem again with the phone calls cutting out again. So I turned off Hey siri and now I do not have this problem anymore. Hope this may help someone. Thanks, Amy
