I don't know if it's improved over the past couple of months, but it
wasn't very effective back when I used it. It really made things look
strange. If you want to give it a try, go to settings, general and
keyboards. You'll find all that stuff if you keep flicking where it says
dictation. If it doesn't work the way you want it to, be sure to turn it
back off.
