Hi Alan,

I think that voice mail playing through the phone ear piece is the nature of
the beast. However, I think I have a possible solution. If you share the
message with the voice memo app, then I think when you play it from voice memos
it will go to the speaker. Let me know if you need any directions.

Take care and have fun!

Debby

Subject: How can I get Verizon voice mails to play through connected Bluetooth
speaker?

Hi List,

Apologies if this has previously been answered but I normally listen to
everything on my iPhone with wired Apple Earpods. I have a Verizon account and
I want to play s saved voice mail message to a group of people in a room
through a Bose Bluetooth speaker connected to my iPhone 13 Mini. I’m running
iOS 16.3.1 and when my iPhone is on a table and I execute the button to play
the voice mail with my Bluetooth speaker connected, the audio plays through the
iPhone’s earpiece speaker used when holding the phone to your ear, not the Bose
Bluetooth speaker. I’m looking for any settings to change so I can hear the
message through the Bluetooth speaker.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
