Are you using the two finger double tap to hang up on your call? If so, I suspect the call has already been disconnected when you use the two finger double tap, so the "magic tap" is playing your music since there's no call to hang up. Hopefully others have a better solution, but I'm just a bit more careful when using a magic tap to hang up on a call, and when music does fire up, I just use another magic tap to stop it.
