She literally typed “I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.” I know I did a transfer from an external account to my Capital One savings account this past Tuesday, but I want to say there was an app update since then. Maybe Wednesday? It’s possible it was a funky update for some VO users.

If voiceover is off, a sighted person can select the external account and it works fine. Web site works fine. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried screen recognition, etc. Repro steps: 1. Log in to Capitalone mobile app. 2. Double tap an account from the list. 3. Double tap transfer. 4. On from account, double tap the external account at the end of the list under heading external accounts. 5.
