That is probably a question for which you may not get an answer on this list since Saudi Arabia is not a country which one can easily visit; have you tried to reach out to the Saudi government to ask? Unless these mosks have been equipped with beacons like those from NaviGuide or mapped the way GoodMaps uses for indoor navigation I doubt this would be the case.
