Not really because Blind Mice as far as I know does not offer a service where you can watch a movie which on TV is not described and where the app on your iPhone then recognizes the movie and if they have a described version available will sync with what is playing on your TV or in the movie theatre to give you the narration. Spectrum Access as far as I can tell will not give you the full movie sound track, you hear that on the TV or in the movie theatre and only the audio described track will play with your headphones.
