All, Thomas just did a review of a new IOS app call OKO ( on AppleVis that announces the status of a pedestrian signal. I just tried it on my SE 202 and it's really quite cool. I have a umber of audible signals here, but this will be really handy when I'm at a street without them that doesn't have good traffic flow to read.
