I updated my third generation SE last night to version 16.4.1. I have 4 cities saved in the weather app that came on the phone. When I open the app, it no longer opens on my current location. It seems to want to open on the last page, which is not where I'm at. I turned the phone off and on again. Also went into the app and reselected Current Location. That didn't fix the problem.
