I planned to do it myself before the acquisition.   On a separate note, Scanner and Writer were not acquired, and they will remain my apps. they will be renamed to VDScan and VDWrite, and under a new company named Opus Noma.   There should’ve been communication about the acquisition but due to a legal issue, I have not been able to announce it.   More from me about this soon..."   An official statement will be coming soon.  What soon means, I have no idea.  Be patient.
