I have really used and enjoyed two each of the first and second versions of the Victor Reader Stream, the last of which is still working well after several years. When I changed hearing aids I had to get an newer version that supports Bluetooth . I am now on my fourth Victor Reader Trek in just over a year. I don’t know about other’s experience but all of mine have been disasters. Humanware has implied that I am the only one with problems but they have been replacing them under warranty. In addition to forgetting settings and occasionally garbling the audio they frequently crash, sometime multiple times a day. I get six to seven hours on a charge, much less than they advertise.
