Hello: If your podcasts are in Overcast, what do you want to do is go into settings, and and useExport OPML Body, Indentation level 0
And investigating this further, I don’t see how to import your podcasts into Downcast. There is an import media button, but that doesn’t seem to ask for an file. So I’m not really sure.
