I use Bluetooth with my hearing aids, and now, people are not hearing me. I 
have heard my sisters well in the past, but noticed last night, when my sister 
called, that her sound was not clear. I wonder if it is related to update?

I would call Apple Accessibility and ask them to walk you through a diagnostic 
and send them the results which only takes a few minutes. If something is going 
south with your phone's bluetooth, that might solve it.
