I use Bluetooth with my hearing aids, and now, people are not hearing me. I have heard my sisters well in the past, but noticed last night, when my sister called, that her sound was not clear. I wonder if it is related to update?

I would be interested to find out if anyone else has run into this issue and if so, what may have been done to correct it short of if it all possible, resetting the device to factory defaults and erasing all data and contacts.
