You will get this if you did not update the programs applications. This is not meaning the app from the apple store, this is meaning the applications for the program. Look under the general tab on the Tonido site, after logging in to see if it says there are any application updates. If nothing else, remove everything, clean your computer and redo the program install and then get the app from the app store again.
