So I don’t think anybody has commented on this yet. I’m using the public beta
of iOS 17, and I just found something that it fixed that I’ve brought to
Apple’s attention numerous times over the last three years. Before iOS 17, when
not using a set of AirPods or other Bluetooth source for audio with your
iPhone, notification sounds were significantly lower with voiceover on. I’m
happy to report now that in iOS 17 public Beta, the sound notifications are
completely up to the volume they need to be, and are clearly heard whether
voiceover is on or not.
