PhoneLink probably can't do as much as what is possible between an iPhone and a Mac, but considering it was only officially released a couple of months ago, PhoneLink works great. I get all my notifications on my iPhone, if you get a message with a 2-factor authentication code you can copy and paste it on your Windows computer and you can reply to and send text messages from the computer. You can also receive and make phone calls, if I get a call on my iPhone a window pops up on my computer and focus is on the " Transfer call to PC" button. If I press enter or spacebar and wear a USB headset with microphone or want to use the speaker system of my laptop the call is instantly transferred to my computer and I can similarly transfer it back to the phone.
