Without knowing more what you have all on your phone this is probably impossible for anybody to say. Do you have Whatsapp installed or any other such apps which may give you notifications? Also, when you get this sound, what do you find if you pull down from the top to open the Notification Centre? If it is a proper notification you should find it there.
