For watch faces, I use the Modular face for my daily face. I also will flip to the activity face from time to time. When traveling and hiking, I like the Infograph face with a lot of complications loaded like weather, altitude, wind speed and so on.
For apps, I like timers, reminders, mindfulness and probably a few others I can't remember right now.
