Hi Richard,
I see one of the notifications you list is called 'sporting event.' Was that thrown in by you as a joke or that one legitimate. If legitimate, please explain.

Then a heading labeled, Weatherology Alerts.

They are:

Extreme Cold

Extreme Heat

Flodding

Rainfall

Severe Weather

Snowfall

Sporting Event

Tropical

Then a heading for National Weather Service NWS alerts

Advisory

Severe Weather

That's it.


After toggling on or off the ones you want, be sure to double tap the 
Back button at the top.



Then, there may be a couple back buttons and when on the settings main 
screen, a close button.

Hi all.  I just downloaded the weatherology app and am very pleased 
with it.  Does anyone know if there is a severe weather alert on it.

Yes it is free.  They need to improve some things but they say more 
voice over improvements are coming.
