I agreed to write on behalf of a friend with the following problem. Any suggestions?
She tends to read emails on her iPhone and then delete them, but they keep coming back. She has had emails that she knows she have deleted and also deleted from the bin folder of her account, and yet, although she has done this a number of times, they have come back – and not just once, but twice and sometimes three times! They do eventually go away, but it is so frustrating because she sees the number of emails keep rising and she can’t always find the ones she wants to reply to. Any suggestions?
